Weizman Not Guilty in Fatal Auto Accident TEL AVIV (JTA)—A three-judge court found Herut leader Ezer Weizman not guilty of causing the death of a pedestrian as a result of reckless driving. However, the court fined him $70 for exceeding the speed limit by five miles per hour. A car driven by Gen. Weizman, former Israel Air Force commander, struck and killed a man in a suburban street.
