This was announced by Charles I. Scher, executive vice president of the American Technion Society, which his co-sponsoring the insti- tute. Classes will be held during a four-week period, which also will include a number of visits to in- dustrial and technological enter- prises, as well as weekend excur- sions. There will be a total of 98 class laboratory hours. Two weeks are planned for travel throughout Israel, and one week will be spent on a kibutz. Accommodation will be at dormi- tories on Technion's Mt. Carmel campus. The lecturers will be mostly members of the Technion faculty. Enrollment is open to students age 16-18, who have completed at least two years of high schooL There is no prerequisite of high , school science courses.
