Dash pepper
Dash sugar
I. Boll potatoes in skins in salted
water. Cook until just tender, for about
25 minutes. Peel under cold running

2. Gut the potatoes into small dices
and put into a bowl. Chop the onions
very finely. Also chop the pickles, pars-
ley and eggs. Add to potatoes.
3 Mix the mayonnaise with mustard,
vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar and
pour over potatoes, tossing lightly to
cover evenly. Cover and refrigerate
until serving. This salad keeps well for
two days under refrigeration.
4. Before serving, garnish either the
platter or individual dishes with black
olives, pimento, parsley or other color-
ful, edible garnishes.

Denmark Queen OKs
Visit to Israel in '72

COPENHAGEN (JTA) — Queen
Margrethe II of Denmark has ac-
cepted an invitation from Presi-
dent Zalman Shazar to visit Israel.
No date has been announced.
Shazar _extended the invitation
during his visit here to attend the
funeral of King Frederik IX.
Meanwhile, Shazar accepted an
invitation from President Kristjan
Eldjarn of Iceland to visit that
country, probably next year.
Shazar had been scheduled to
visit Iceland in the spring of 1967
but his trip was canceled by the
Middle East crisis that sparked

Sabra Granite and Chocolate Sabra
Granita:
i quart orange Juice
3/., quart syrup
2 ounces Sabra
Combine all ingredients and place in
freezer for at least 8 hours—stirring
every two hours with a wooden spatula.

CHOCOLATE SABRA GRANITA
1 pint syrup
3 ounces melted chocolate
1 pint water
2 ounces Sabra
Combine all Ingredients and prepare
as for Orange Sabra Granite.
To complete Sabra Parfait, Place
alternating I aaaaa of Orange Sabra
Granita and Chocolate Sabra Granite
in a parfait glass, separating layers
with whipped cream substkute. The
flavor and effect are best when the
bottom layer is Chocolate Sabra Granite
and the top layer whipped c r e a m.

FROSTED SABRA SOUFFLE
10 egg yolks
3 egg whites
1 pound sugar
li<. quarts whipped cream
substitute
1 pint orange juice
Grated rind of 4 oranges
5 ounces Sabra

Beat the egg yolks with halt of the
sugar until they double in bulk. Then
beat the egg whites with the rest of the
sugar until stiff.
Add the orange Juice and rind and
Sabra to the egg yolk mixture. Then
combine both mixtures and fold in
whipped cream substitute. Put in freezer
overnight.

SABRA COCKTAIL for SPRING (Alit%)
'!.. ounces Sabra orange liqueur
It, ounce freshly squeezed
orange Juice

2 ounces champagne

Stir well In cocktail shaker, the Sabra
orange liqueur with the freshly squeezed
orange juice and ice. Strain in a cham-
pagne flute and top with the chilled
champagne.
Decorate by floating a very thin slice
