Hanuka, the Festival of Lights, will be observed in home and syna- gague beginning this weekend and extending through the eight days of the holiday, Dec. 13-21. The first candle is to be lit Sunday night. Following are a number of events scheduled in the community: Criterion Club for single adults will celebrate Hanuka at a "Feast of Lights" party 8:30 p.m. Satur- day at the Southfield Civic Center.
