Editor, The Jewish News:
A group of us youngsters from
Borman Hall. under the ever
watchful eyes of the Sheldon Fish-
mans, Mrs. Fishman's mother, the
Max Gittelmans and the Charles
Weisses, were bused to Bnai David
Synagogue for a most enjoyable
cantonal and folk music concert,
which featured renowned guest
cantors, the choir of Cong. Bnai
David and Cantor Hyman Adler,
accompanied by a symphonic
string ensemble, under the direc-
tion of Mr. Don Frohman, with
the ever witty Max Sosin as mas-
ter of ceremonies.
A most unique part of this con-
cert was Jewish soul music, fea-
turing Cantor Sherwood Goffin,
with Rebecca Frohman and Can-
tor Shalom Kalib at the piano.
We were then bused home, tired,
but with a thoroughly enjoyable
evening in our hearts.

Adressing the WIZO Club, he
