NOTICE OF REIMBURSEMENT OF REFUSE
COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL CHARGES

Owners of multiple dwellings with more than five units located in the
City of Detroit who paid refuse collection and disposal charges to
private contractors during the 21 month period from July 1, 1969 to
April 1, 1971 as a result of the enactment of Ordinance 442-G are
entitled to reinbursement by the City of Detroit under a judgment
entered by Circuit Judge George T. Martin in the above-entitled cause
on August 20, 1971, provided:
L They did not utilize the refuse collection and disposal services of
private contractors prior to the enactment of Ordinance 442-G on June
26, 1969.
2. They file the requisite Proof of Claim and furnish satisfactory
evidence of payment of the charges of private contractors.
The Proof of Claim forms and the procedures for completing and
filing same may be obtained by contacting the attorneys for the plaintiffs
and the Class in the above-erilltled cause, to - wit:
