In Detroit this weekend to attend the Bar Mitzva' of Allen Platt,

N. Brewster Broder, president of the Detroit Jewish Center, is
among the group of Center leaders in the U.S. who will embark
Thursday on a fact-finding study mission to France, Belgium and
England. The purpose of the mission is to familiarize American Jewish
communal leaders with the achievements, problems and programs
of communities and Jewish centers in Paris, London, Brussels and
Antwerp, and to meet with colleagues in those cities.
.Mr. and Mrs. Max M. Fisher of Franklin Hills Dr., Franklin, served
as hosts this past weekend to Atty. Gen. John - Mitchell, his wife
Martha and their 11-year-old daughter, Marty. The Mitchells and
other Nixon cabinet notables were here to pay tribute to Michigan's
junior senator, Robert Griffin on his 48th birthday. The Fishers gave a
-brunch for the dignitaries Sunday morning. - •

Mr. and Mrs. Benjamin Fishman, former Detroiters of Hollywood
Beach, Fla., were honored on their 45th anniversary at a dinner
party given by their children, Mr. and Mrs. Paul (Ned) Doner of
Bay City. Upon the Fishmans' return to Florida, relatives and friends
gave them a brunch.
