from a State Department-sponsored
tour of the Soviet Union with seven
other governors, said that his visit
to the synagogue of Tbilisi was
"one of the most moving" experi-

Their Soviet hosts had arranged
on Oct. 13 for the governors to
visit the 4th Century Svetetshove-
ly Church in the ancient capital
of Georgia Mtsketa. The church,
which was restored in the

Milliken and several other gov-

LA Probers Rule

LOS ANGELES — County offi-
cials are satisfied that Sirhan
Bishara Sirhan acted alone in the

murder of presidential candidate
Robert Kennedy here in June 1968.
Reports that a second gun was
used in the murder arose when a
Los Angeles attorney and a free-
lance writer questioned the pro-
cedures used in- testing the .22
caliber revolver used by Sirhan in
the murder. They said an inde-
pendent investigation revealed an-
other gun may have been used.
However, a five-month investi-
gation into the reports has reaf-
firmed to Los Angeles officials
that Sirhan, did, indeed, act alone.
