Sam Frankel and Harold Berry

their firms, Frankel Associates
and Berry and Seyburn, that they ,
will build Troy's fust - highrise—a
14-story 250-room hotel. -

The hotel, called Somerset Inn-

set Mall, will be part of a plaza,
which also will include a seven-
story office building and a movie
theater.
Target date for completion of
the complex is 15 to 18 months,
and the cost will be an estimated
$16,000,000.
Frankel Associates have built
Somerset Park apartments, and
now is planning to develop an
office park on the north side of
Big Beaver, across from Somerset
Inn and plaza.
Berry and Seyburn owns the
Fisher Building, New Center Build-
ing and Howard. Johnson Motor
Lodge on W. Grand Blvd.
