3 Award Winners

NEW YORK — Foreign Minister
Abbe Eban of Israel and Samuel
Neaman and Benjamin S. Kalnick,
both of New York, will

receive
the 1971 Stephen S. Wise AWards
of the American Jewish Congress
at a dinner Oct. 17 at the New
York Hilton.
Eban, who will deliver the main
-address at the dinner, is the first
laureate to receive the award
twice. Honored first in 1950, -he
will be cited this year for "distin-
guished achievement in advancing
the dignity, freedom and security
of the Jewish people."
Neaman, .chairman of the board
and chief executive officer of the
McCrory. Corporation, will receive
the award for his contributions to-
ward "strengthening Jewish life."
Kalnick, mayor of Kings Point,
a veteran leader of the American
Jewish Congress and chairman of
its campaign cabinet, will be cited
for his service to the Congress.
