Segal will make his 14th consecutive Israel -Bond Appeal 'on Kol Nidre and at Yizkor on Yom Kippur. Three nationally known figures who will speak at the High Holy Day Israel Bond Appeals are Ira Feinberg. the first American vol- unteer to join Palmach, commando unit of liagana, in the Israel War of Independence; Henry Levy, who aided in the rescue. and rehabili- tation of tens of thousands of survivors of the Nazi Holocaust, after World War II; and Dr. Arieh L.
