It was placed on exhibit at the Jerusalem Herzl Museum on the occasion of the 20th Tammuz, the anniversary of Herzl's death. These words, incidentally, are inscribed as a motto on the en- trance to the Herzl Museum on Mt. Herzl, Jerusalem.
