Bergen Belsen Survivors Launch
Projects to Ensure Remembrance

The World Federation of the
Bergen Belsen Associations, Inc.,
has embarked upon a series of
projects to memorialize the Six
Million.
Among its programs is the pub-
lication of several books dealing
with the genocide. These include a
just-published diary, titled "The
Forest My Friend," written by
Mrs. Donia Rosen (reviewed in the
June 11 Jewish News).
Mrs. Rosen, who now lives in
Jerusalem. where she works at the

Hotel. Rabbi M. Robert Syme and

Parents of the bride are Mr. and
Mrs. Boyd Carnick of Forrestwood
Dr., Southfield. The bridegroom is

the son of Mrs. Miriam Levine of
Rosewood Ave., Oak Park, and
Mr. Morris Levine of Kipling Ave.,

The bride's sisters, Mrs. Avrini
Stein and Mrs. Larry Kepes,

TEL AVIV (JTA)—For 40 year-
old Zivon Ben Gal, of Rosh Hanikra
Settlement, four Arab terrorists
proved a good target Tuesday.
While hunting wild pigs, Ben
Gal, who is considered a good
hunter, came across four armed
Arabs infiltrating into Israel across
the Lebanese border.
The Israeli opened fire at the

Lebanon, leaving behind some
