I Census Registers
I 800,000 Zionists

JERUSAT•M/I (ZINS) — The re-
concluded Zionist census
shows that there are nearly 800,000
I registered Zionists throughout the
■ world who supbscribe to the "Je-
rusalem Program," according to an
announcement made by Moshe Riv-
lin, executive director of the Jew-
ish Agency in Jerusalem.
The largest number (600,000)
are in the United States, with the
balance in the rest of the world.
The figures (exclusive of the U.S.)
as given by Rivlin, are: France-
35,000; United Kingdom-50,000;
Canada-30,000; South Africa —
23,000. No specific data were giv-
en on the Zionist census in other
places, such as the countries of
Latin America. It was also an-
nounced by Rivlin that the 28th
World Zionist Congress in Israel
will draw 501 accredited delegates
from 50 countries in 1972.
