erously to them of his time and
money . . . Milton rehearses as
hard for a benefit as he does for
the engagements which have
earned him millions over the years
. . . For those who want to know,
his real name is Milton Berlinger,
born 1908, one of five children
(there's also Phil, Frank, Jack
and Rosalind) . . . He and wife
Ruth (Cosgrove) live in Beverly
Hills . . . Milton closes tomorrow
night . . . and then on June 3, in
comes that "Chantootsie of Sin"
Rusty Warren, whose first gold
album in 1961, "Knockers Up,"
gave birth to the famed club by
the same name made up of a
fanatically devoted cult of over
100,000 fans, largely housewives
who enjoyed her comedy routines.
SIGN REPORTED onn - a roadside
restaurant between here and Cleve-
land by Sid Silverman: "Eat Here
or We'll Both Starve."
OUT AT DUFFY's on Union
Lake, "The Loving Cup," a quartet
of three guys and a gal are holding
sway with much rhythm Tuesday
through Saturday . . . Two of them,
songstress Marlene Hill and pian-
ist Danny Jordan, were at the Lon-
don Chop House with Mel Ball, and
the others, Roger Opipari and Ron
Childres, were instrumentalists
with Don McKenzie.

DINNER AT MITCH HOUSEY's
in the Compton Village Motel on
Schoolcraft, acioss_- from DRC,
was -delicious . . he's still a mas-
ter when it comes to buying the
good stuff and preparing it proper-
ly . . ::An excellent facet which
made the food taste even better
was _the very _fine service given
by waitress Sharon Jacobs, whose
wonderful ability and pleasant
style did much to enhance a very
fine eVening . . . Sharon has been
at Mitch Housey's five years and
joins the _ranks of our choice
"Super Waitress Club."
JOHN BUZYNSKI, the genial
general manager of the Moon
Supper Club on Chrysler Drive,
between Eight and Nine Mile Rds.
in Hazel Park, has been in the
"bar business" as he calls it, for
three decades . . . believing that
working on Sunday was the cause
of it all . . . "My brother ran a
bar in Hamtramck just about the
time of World War II, and one Sun-
day he needed help and called me
in. I've never stopped working
ever since," he says . . . Since that
time, John has had his own highly
successful bars and worked for
such leading outfits as Cobo Hall
and Al Green Enterprises .. . The
,tit Action Faction, three gals and
four guys, continue to enchant
p a t r ons of the Moon's Velvet
Cavern . . . Their stalwart allies,
the team of Miller and McChay
(the long and short of show-biz)
