man congratulated "the women of
Detroit who raise more money per
capita for the Allied Jewish Cam-
paign-Israel Emergency Fund than
any other community of its size
in the country."
"Education is our secret," Mrs.

number of women who understand
our goals, the greater the number
who will participate."
Mesdames N. Brewster Broder,
David Handleman, Norman Nai-
mark and George Stutz were elect-
ed vice presidents; Merle Harris,
recording secretary; and William
L. Deutsch, corresponding secre-
tary.

women in the DetrOit area have
contributed $1,308,426 to the 1971
Allied Jewish -Campaign-Israel

CHILLED POTATO SOUP

we choose to serve chilled dairy,

appetizing and refreshing. It gives
freshness to a menu full of -old
favorites. Our chilled soup is po-

this one because it reminds us of a- 111
