Vie for Campus Office

Saul A. Glogower of Geneva
Ave., Oak Park, has announced his
candidacy for the Student-Faculty
Council of Wayne State University.
Election is to be held June 1 and
2.
A sophomore in pre-law at WSU,
Glogower presently is on the S-FC
executive board, as well as stu-
dent representative to the Univer-
sity Council and the boar& of goy-
ettOrs.
„Others from. the area who seek
include Ron- Sandier of
Oak Park and Cliff Levin of
SOnthfield. Like Glogower, they
are incumbents and have been
endorsed by a number of stu-
dent organizations. Sandler, sec-
retary of the S-FC, is in pre-med.
Levin, a second-year law stu-
dent, is chairman of the S-FC
policies and program committee.
A total of 45 candidates are
competing for 10 offices, and Glog-
ower expressed concern that many
students would fail to vote in an
important election.
Glogower points to a new park-
ing structure on campus as an
example of the improvements he
has fought for.
