ALLAN DRAKE, excellent comic
who winds up his fine engagement
this weekend at Lofy's in Plymouth,
is one of the most sought-after co-
medians in show•biz . . . His un-
canny ability to warm up a cold
audience within minutes is widely
known among entertainers espe-
cially, who clamor to have him on
the bill with them . . . He's done
about 12 one-nighters with Tom
Jones, and worked with Engiebert
Humoerdinck for two years (last
year they were both here at Olym-
pia) . The past two weeks, Allan
has been at Lofy's with "Sassy"
Sarah Vaughan . . . and opens with

opens May 20.
TRIPLE BROTHER ACT is rea-
son for very successful operation
at Larco's on West McNichols .. .
Nick Larco does all the meat cut-
ting and buying . . . Mike takes
care of the bar and Pete is chef in
charge of the excellently prepared
food . . . Mike and Nick also dou-
ble as hosts, too ... 15 years ago,
when Larco's first opened, seating
was for only 125 . . . Just three
years later, it was remodeled for
600 . . . and then again six years
ago, into three levels . . • The pop-
