The ceremony will begin with a cantoral procession leading from the little school building on Mid- dlebelt Rd. to the main building, followed by the dedication of the Sefer Torah. The major address wil be given. by Isaac Toubin, executive vice president of the American Asso- ciation for Jewish Education. Toubin's career of communal service covers three decades and several major areas of Jewish concern. Toubin has served as associate director of the Jewish Welfare Board commission on Jewish chaplaincy, director of the JWB's European office and nation- al executive director of American Jewish Congress. Toubin is a graduate of the Yeshiva University and the Jew- ish Theological eminary, where he received his ordination and master of Hebrew literature de- gree. Classes began in the new build- ing in September 1970 after 13 years of renting classroom space from various Jewish organizations. There are 265 students and a staff of 40.
