Infirm Elderly of Camden
Studied by Federation

. CAMDEN (.JTA)—A special com-
mittee of the Jewish Federation of
Camden County has reported that
there are 111 elderly Jewish men
and women living in the county
area known to have physical infir-
mities to a degree making it very
difficult for them to live alone.
Of these, 59 are in nursing homes
in the area but 30 live by them-
selves while 22 live with their fami-
lies. In addition, more than 30
elderly Jews, now living alone,
were found to have physical prob-
lems expected to increase in seve-
rity.
