New Wedgwood Commons Open

The Thompson-Brown Co., pio-
neer in the southeastern Michigan 1
area of the large-scale commons '
community concept, is celebrating
the grand opening of a new dis-
play model row at Wedgwood
Commons, Farmington and 13 1/2
Town-
Mile Rds. in Farmington Town-
ship.
Seven landscaped and furnished
display model homes are being in-1
troduced in the eight and one-half
million dollar community. These
include three ranch models and
four colonials, ranging in size
from 1,750 to 3,100 square feet,
and in price, from $45,900 to
$61,900, including lot.
Builder firms represented in
the offering include Eldorado
Homes, Inc., Meyerson Building
Co., Nedra Building Co., and Roth-
Marks and Co.

acres which comprise Wedgwood
Commons have been devoted to

of the subdivision residents, it
