Purim Praline Treat The people who make Mazola unsalted margarine offer this spe- cial Purim treat: PRALINE CANDY 1 lb. light brown sugar 1 (51/2-ounce) can evaporated milk 2 ibis light corn syrup 1/2 cup Mazola unsalted margarine I tsp. vanilla 11/2 cups pecan halves Combine sugar, evaporated milk and corn syrup in 2-qt. saucepan. Stirring constantly, cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a boll. Continue cooking stirring occasionally, until temperature reaches 233°P. or until a small amount of mixture dropped into very cold water forms a soft ball. Remove from heat. Add margarine: do not stir. Cool to lukewarm (110 de- grees). Add vanilla and beat until creamy. Stir In pecans. Drop by tea- spoonfuls onto waxed paper.
