El Fatah Reported Torn by Dissension TEL • AVIV (JTA)—Arab quar- ters report serious dissension in the ranks of El Fatah. The Leb- anese newspaper Al Haivat re- ported on a meeting of El Fatah's "Revolutionary Council" at which the guerrilla chief, Yassir Arafat, showed up 24 hours late and barely managed to reverse an earlier vote of no confidence in himself and the El Fatah leadership. Six Arab terrorists were killed Feb. 9 in a clash with an Israeli patrol near Kuneitra in the Go- lan Heights, less than a mile in- side Israeli-held territory. The band was intercepted by the Is- raeli unit when it tried to cross the demarcation line. There were no Israeli casualties. Four terrorists from Lebanese territory were killed in the en- counter with an Israeli patrol in the Upper Galilee. In addition, two terrorists were killed north of the Dead Sea. Meanwhile, security forces were searching for the saboteurs who forced Arab workers out of a bus near Hebron and destroyed it by fire. Security forces have uncovered two more terrorists bands—one at El Arish in the northern Sinai headed by two Egyptian intelli- gence men and another in the Jeru- salem area. The El Arish band was charged with firing bazookas at the Nebel Yam settlement, shelling the military governor's house and planting mines. The four-man Jerusalem gang, headed by 27-year-old El Fatah trainee Said Eldado, admitted throwing grenades at the Nablus and Jaffa gates and at the British Consulate and sabotaging an elec- tric pylon. Three members of a spy ring in the service of El Fatah were sen- tenced to jail. They were Ommar Ibrahim Assoulin of East Jerusa- lem, a part-time Journalist and en- gineering student in Beirut, and Seidan and Abou Khalil, Israeli Arabs. They had been found early last year in possession of military information. Assoulin received 10 years, the Khallls six years each. Aieording to information from Amman, there are only 5,000 guerrillas in Jordan, compared with 20,000 before last September's civil war.
