of Samuel Mostkoff

MRS. SAMUEL MOSTKOFF
Barbara Ellen Schlaff and Sam-
uel Mostkoff were united in mar-
riage in a recent ceremony at
Temple Israel, solemnized by
Rabbi Leon Fram and Cantor
Harold Orbach.
The bride is the daughter of Dr.
and Mrs. Robert Schlaff of Star-
lane Dr., Southfield. The bride-
groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs.
Harold Mostkoff of Miami Beach.
The bride wore a gown of peen
de sole with re-embroidered
Alencon lace applique on import-
ed English net. The gown, ac-
cented with seed pearl clusters,
featured a Victorian neckline,
Empire waist and chapel-length
train. The silk Illusion veil was
held by a cap of Alencon lace
and seed pearls. She carried her
confirmation Bible covered with
roses and Stephanotis.
Julie Grant was maid of honor.
The bridesmaids were Suzanne
Steffen, Laurel Steinberg of Brook-
line, Mass., and Shelly Temchin
and Beverly Unger of New York.
Mitchell Nelson of Chicago
served as best man. Ushers were
Bill Schlaff, brother of the bride,
of New Haven; Benjamin Most-
koff, brother of the bridegroom, of
Miami Beach; Stephen Unger of
New York; Bruce Sphiner of
Brookline, and Arnold Porter.
The bride's grandmother, Mrs.
Rose Stern, also was in the wed-
ding Party.
The newlyweds will make their
home in Waltham, Mass.

NEW YORK — For the second
time in its history, Hadassah, the
Women's Zionist Organization of
America, will hold its annual mid-
winter meetings in Israel. More
than. SOO Hedassah national, reg-
ional and local leaders represent-
ing the organization's 318,000
members in 1,387 chapters and
groups throughout the United
States and Puerto Rico will parti-
cipate.
The first part of the meetings,
Feb. 3,4, will be held at Hadassah
House in New York and will be
devoted to its American program
and to Zionist concerns in the
United States.
The meetings will then recon-
vene In Israel on Feb. 1, and
the national board will meet
Feb. Ff. Regional and local
leaders will attend special set-
bags and dedications Feb. 11.21.

ister Pinhas Sapir, President Kal-
