and Medals Corp. introduces this
year the first Official Government
Mint Marked Set, issued ` by the

Bank of Israel. -

currently in circulation each bear
a mint ma** the form of a tiny
Star of David. Legislation to the
effect was passed by Knesset July
21.
Sets will be offered to the. gen-
eral public through advance mail
orders by the following three
banks: Israel Discount Bank, P.O.
Box 1655, Grand Central Station,
New York 10017; First Israel Bank
and Trust Co. of New York, P.O.

York 10005; and American Bank

JERUSALEM (ZINS) — Three
Africans completed their studies in
medicine in Israel, married Israeli
girls and returned to their home
countries.
Their average stay in Israel was
six to 10 years, during which they
acquired fluent Hebrew and be

life style. They blended easily into
the mainstream of university life.
On returning home, the new doc-
tors established close contact with
Israeli "colonies," participate in
all national celebrations of the Is-

Israel's morale has been completed
by Hebrew University sociologist
Prof. Eliyahu L. Guttman.
In summer 1970, morale in the
"veteran" sections of the popula
lion was at an all-time low. The
high point was reached in the two
weeks following the Six-Day Wei

tions of the nation—old and young.
National feeling is directly re-
lated to the level of education.
Morale is consistently higher
among the educated classes, and is
also higher among men than among
