Israeli Aid to Ghana
Praised by Diplomat

TEL AVIV—Israel has been
launded for its aid given to the
West African republic of Ghana.
The Ghanaian ambassador, Maj.-
Gen. S. J. A. Otu, said that Israel
"will never regret" giving the
assistance. He spoke at a recep-
tion of the Israel-Africa Friend-
ship Association in Tel Aviv.
Otu, who saw the cities of Jeru-
salem, Jaffa and Tel Aviv 25 years
ago, said he "could not recognize
them now."
