Arthur Mandell, died Sunday in
Sacramento, where he was super-
visor in charge of all scientific
personnel for Aerojet Corp. —
Mr. Mandell, 47, a chemical 'en-
gineer, was a native of New York
and lived on the West Coast for 21
years. He held a bachelor's degree
in chemical engineering from the
City College of New York in 1934.
Surviving besides his brother are
his wife, Sekna; two sons, Erie
and Elliott; a daughter, Andrea;
his mother. Mrs_ Rose Resnick of
New York; and a sister, Mrs.
Maxwell (ELsyne) Schatz of Los
Angeles. Interment Sacramento.
