Mid East Debate to Be Aired on TV A discussion on the Middle East will take place 2 p.m. Sunday on the "Haney's People" show over Channel 7. Pro-Israel participants are Lewis Grossman, Midwest regional pres- ident, American Jewish Commit- tee; Avern Cohn•, vice president, Jewish Community Council; Irving -Tukel, co-chairman, foreign af- fairs committee, Detroit AJC Chap- ter; and Jim Lyons, director of the Cisler Library at Wayne State University's Religious Center. The program will be repeated Sunday evening at 8:35 on WXYZ radio. The AJC recently published "Questions and Answers on Middle East Problems," a pocket guide for countering Arab propaganda.
