Harmony ORT Auction Is Coming Up

Agudath Israel Set for
Saturday Night Siyum

Agudath Israel of Detroit will

Nov. 21 at Cong. Bnai Jacob.
In addition to election of officers
and a Siyum celebration by the
Talmud students who participate
in the daily Daf Yomi study, the
evening will be devoted to discus-
sion of plans for the Midwest con-
vention of Agudath Israel, Nov.
26-29 in Chicago.
More than 400 delegates from
eight cities are expected at the
Midwest convention.
Several public sessions on cur-
rent issues will be addressed by
prominent Orthodox leaders. At
workshops and symposia, partici-
pants will plan improved means of
intensifying standards on all levels
of Jewish life.
