dessert or together with a cup of

this recipe is a creamy, satiny
and delicately flavored pudding.

2. Remove from the brat and put into
a larger bowL- Add the four eggs,
one by one, stirring firmly till the
eggs are completely incorporated in
the dough, and the dough is smooth.
3. Heat the oven to 400 degrees. Grease
a cookie sheet and dust it with
flour. Put a nine-Inch plate on the
sheet and with your finger trace
around the plate so you will have
a nine-inch circle. Take away the
Plate. and arrange the dough by
tablespoons around the circle. The
ring should be oneend.a-half inches
high and wide.
4. Bake in the hot oven for 40 minutes.
When ready, take out of the oven.
make some 10 small cuts around the
ring. (This will enable the steam to
escape.) Return to oven for an ad-
ditional 10 minutes. Turn off the
heat and keep the ring in the oven
for 20 minutes and leave the door
of the oven somewhat open. Take
out of the oven and let cool in the
kitchen. When cool, cut off the top
half with ■ sharp knife, scoop out
the soft dough and discard. Fill
with the filling and replace the top.
Sprinkle powdered sugar on top.

Ys cup sugar
1 /4 cup flour
1 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla
'4 cup Grand Marnler
, /2 pint whipping cream—whipped

Mr. Sterns is a graduate of

A Halloween Happening
Set by Jewish Singles

A "Halloween Happening" party
will be presented 8:30 p.m. Sunday
by the Jewish Single Adults (age
25-40), now including the M&M
Singles, at the Tel-Twelve Mall
community room. There will be
prizes for the best costumes, al-
though costumes are optional.
There is a charge. For Information,
call Paula /dining, 272-0046.

stream to the eggs, while beating.
Put the mixture on a very low heat,
or on top of a double boiler. Bring
to a boll while stirring constantly.
The pudding will be ready when it
becomes thick and will bold its
shape. Beat in the vanilla and the
Grand Harnier. Strain into a bowl.
Cool in the refrigerator.
3. When cold, add the whipped cream.
