Mrs. Adler came to Detroit 32 years ago with her husband, the late Rabbi Adler. She served as president of the Detroit Chapter of Hadassah during 1944-45. When Rabbi Adler became an armed forces chaplain during World War II, she accompanied him, and when the rabbi went overseas she returned to Detroit to give her time and efforts to many philan- thropic. social and educational agencies here.
