His appointment, effective with the fall term, was announced by Rabbi Benjamin M. Kahn, national director of Bnai Brith Hillel Foun- dations. The Jewish campus move- ment provides religious, cultural and counseling services for Jewish students and faculty at 280 univer- sities.
