Rothberg has for the past 25 years occupied a foremost position of national leadership in American Jewish effort in behalf of Israel. National campaign chairman for the State of Israel Bond Organiza- tion, Rothberg was one of its found- ers, and has been intimately asso- ciated with the growth and devel- opment of the concept of aid to Israel through investment in Israel Bonds. He is president of Capital for Israel, Inc., as well as presi- dent of Israel Investors Corpora- tion and has been a leading mem- ber of various delegations of out- standing American businessmen who have visited Israel and Europe and conferred with top officials of the Israel Government on problems of Economic development.
