Dignity

By JAY GOLDMAN
Let the acquiescent Jew
Bludgeoned with shame stowaway
As a thief in the night
1V1, :le those children of the law
Stand proudly among men
To fulfill the Law.
No compassion will there be
For the Jew of complacent sorrow:
As he is the grim reaper
Of his people.
