Skin Cancer Warning

Issued to Sun Bathers

The year, 112,000 cases of skin
cancer will be detected. If detect-
ed early, it is the most curable
form of the disease. Excessive
exposure to sunlight is a principal
cause.
The American Cancer Society
urges all sunbathers to protect
themselves from the direct rays
of the sun with clothing and . lo-
tions, and to learn the warning
signal of a change in a wart or
mole.
Skin cancer occurs most often
in people who have fair skin, light
hair and are exposed excessively
to sunlight.
