has opened the L'il Abner Mobile
Home Park in Miami.
The advantage of the trailer park
as Wolf explains is to judge how
you like Florida while you are
considering investing in a condo-
minium.
Rent rates in the park are pro-
tected by lease. No security de-

tions are explained in advance.
