Active in the Israel Bond Cam- paign for many years, Mrs. Ham- burger hosted the first Israel Bond fashion show held in the United States and recently headed the 1970 sponsor re-enrollment lunch- eon. Mrs. Hamburger has visited Israel several times and is active in all causes on behalf of the Jewish state. Israel's top designers will be represented in this display of haute couture fashions. music. Meir has appeared in concerts on three continents, including per- formances in New York's Carnegie Hall and Tel Aviv's Mann Audi- torium,, and with leading sympho- nies in Europe and the United States. A Jerusalem native, he is a teacher of music at the Israel Academy and Conservatory in Tel Aviv. He is a graduate of the Man- hattan School of4dusic. Meir fought in the Israel War of Liberation and was in the famous Golini Bri- gade which established Israel's control over the Galilee.
