I. Mix the eggs, milk, matzo-meal. pota-
to starch, salt and pepper In a large
mixing bowl. Beat the mixture well
for about 2 minutes. Use an electric
or manual beater.
2. Add the oil and continue beating for
one-half minute.
3. Pour the mixture into well greased
muffin pans, filling only three-quar-
ters of each muffin cup.
4. Bake in the high oven for 15 minutes.
then lower the heat to 350 degrees
and bake for another 30 minutes.
Serve hot.
Yield—about 12 "rolls."
