Purim has just left us, and Pass-
over is soon expected. We cele-
brate our beautiful holiday of free-
dom with many traditional customs
and habits. The special foods for
Passover have been developed
through the generations, which
makes them delicious indeed. One
of the more famous dishes is
matzo balls, or as we call them in
Mame Loshen, knedlakh. There
are various ways to prepare those
delicate balls, but basically they
are made of matzo-meal, eggs and
fat. Try to serve them at least
once during the. holiday, otherwise,
Passover will be somewhat sad.
