At the luncheon, Mrs. Alexander Schreier will be awarded the Woman of Valor Emblem, the highest award to an Israel Bond volunteer, only given to those re- sponsible for the sale or purchase of $100,000 in Israel Bonds. Hen charms will be presented to all women who have earned them through Feb. 15. A special feature of the luncheon will be the seventh annual award of an Israel Bond contributed by Mrs. Schaver.
