PUFFS FOR ALL SEASONS
Versatile recipes are a pleasure
to have. How can you beat a re-
cipe that can be an hors d'oeuvre,
a luncheon dish or a dessert?
Cream Puffs are an excellent ex-
ample of this kind of versatility.
Make them tiny and fill them with
chopped liver — they will be the
star of any cocktail party. Prepare
big puffs and fill them with cream-
ed etrshrooms--they will be a de-
lunch suggestion.
Here, however, we have in mind
the sweet tooth. We add fluffy fill-
ing, which we instantly prepare,
for a happy end to any occasion.
