Tanenbaum Salutes Council of Churches for Rejecting Mid East Resolution Here The rejection by the General Assembly, National Council of Churches, of a "one-sided" resolu- tion on the Middle East was de- scribed Sunday by a Jewish "frat- ernal delegate." The resolution urged the dele- gates to assist "the displaced Palestinians . . . by all possible Vatican Radio Broadcasts Jewish Music Program ROME (JTA)—The Vatican Radio broadcast an entire program of Jewish interest on the eve of Ha- nuka.
