Ambassador Lorch is, director of

Israel ministry for foreign affairs.
Gen. Marshall. author, military
analyst and TV commentator,
wrote the foreword to Ambassador
Lorch's book. - Israel's War of In-
dependence. -

Achim will pronounce the invoca-
tion at the dinner on behalf of
Israel Bonds. Rabbi Joel J. Litke
of Cong. Beth Hillel will give the
benediction. Cantor Louis Klein- of

the singing of the national an-
thems. Robert Brody, general
chairman of the Detroit Israel
Bond Committee, is the dinner
chairman.
The dinner, which will launch
the fall Israel Bond campaign, is
a community-wide affair. Eric
Rosenow and his Continentals will
play Israeli music. Tickets are still
available. For'reservations to the
dinner at which dietary laws will
be observed, call the Israel Bond

tion will precede the dinner.
