(TIC) announced that negotiations have been concluded for the purchase of 50 per cent of the shares of ZIM Israel Naviga- tion Co., Ltd. Dr. Astorre Mayer. Israel's national merchant marine corporation, owns 78 ships and operates a fleet Bf over 140 vessels. These range from small refrigerator ships to super-tankers.
