Brandeis University National
Women's Committee, Greater De-
troit Chapter will have all flags
waving from the poles of a 7,200-
square-foot circus tent at North-
land Center Sept. 4-10 when more
than 60.000 books will be on sale.
Hours will be 10 a.m.-9 p.m. daily
and 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Sunday.

A record $28,975,000 goal, high-
est ever set for a Torch Drive
team, has become the 1969 target
for the United Foundation, it was
announced this week.
Approved by the UF board of
directors Tuesday, the UF goal
was recommended as "the bare
minimum needed for services in
