Mrs. Rose was A., an organizer of Mrs. Rose the Metropolitan Task Force on Education, an ad hoc group whose aim is to coordinate citizens' efforts to secure the high- est quality education in the public schools for every child in Michi- gan. Members of the advisory group named by the governor will have a dual responsibility: to present ideas for the commission's consid- eration and to react to recommen- dations by the commission. Mrs. Rose was born in Canada and has been active in the Detroit community since she moved here in 1961.
