to press for termination of arms

keyed to the Senate action on the
administration's anti-ballistic mis-

In an appeal to anti-war and
anti-military elements in the
United States, the Egyptian official
accused the Nixon administration
of supporting Israeli occupation
and military policies through the
supply of modern arms. He voiced
the hope that "the American peo-
ple will refuse to endorse this
policy" which he described as un-
qualified support of Israeli mili-
tarism.
