NEW YORK (JTA) — American Israeli Paper Mills Ltd. announced Tuesday that it had acquired a 50 per cent interest in the Israel Program for Scientific Transla- tions, which it described as Israel's largest publishing house. The acquisition was made from Olal Israel Investment Co. Ltd., for an undisclosed amount of cash. Olal will retain the remaining 50 per cent. American Israeli Paper is Is- rael's largest paper manufacturer with sales in excess of $17,000,000 annually. Its stock is traded on the American Stock Exchange.
