JELLED CHICKEN SOUP
Chicken soup is considered to be
the Jewish mother's secret weapon.
But since summer is too warm for
hot soup, try serving it cold. You
can make a strong soup out of a
chicken, some bones, and many
vegetables. Then add gelatine and
chicken meat. Decorate it lavishly
and serve with potato salad. Good
old chicken soup will turn into an
elegant aspic for a summer buffet.
