Fenton, at- torney and president of the Mauna Loa Restaurants, Inc., has put to- gether a new corporation, "Little Red Pagodas, Inc." Its purpose is the building of a pilot plant, now under construction with an anticipated opening Tues- day, and which is designed to study the potentiality of a nationwide franchising operation. The pilot plant will be managed by the Mauna Loa Restaurant's management team, whose intention it is to produce quality food at rea- sonable prices, allowing for the greatest possible return to the fran- chisee but measuring up to the finest eating places. The building is designed for both in-restaurant and carry-out trade.
